Protip: Don’t skimp on a deep-fryer. You’ll regret it immediately. Get the biggest, deepest basket you can fit in your kitchen. And in it fits, get a double bay so you can fry your chicken and french fries at the same time.

Walmart just put the Hamilton Beach 4.5l model on sale for $60. I’ll probably wait until college next year, though. Cross-country moving is a pain.
